My girls had a wonderful time here!!! The prices are affordable but the only thing is that big kids or even young adults are mixed with younger kids and of course they are not able to jump or run freely!!!. Of course as a parent I'm always watching my small kids!!! The pizza was delicious. The environment was nice!!! We traveled from yuba city for a birthday party there!!! Hope we can go back someday!!!

This is a great place to bring your kids, specially if they have too much energy. The monthly membership is a deal. Friday night is glow in the dark themed, that’s my kids favorite day to come. I like the staff (young adults), clean and friendly environment. They recently added an arcade with a lounge area for parents. Very few places like this in Stockton for kids.

I booked a party for my daughter at this location about 2 weeks ago. My experience was terrible. It was extremely disorganized. Mind you, the party should be 2hrs long. That means that’s all the time you have to eat, sing happy birthday, the kids to play, and open presents. Being organized in my opinion should be a priority to give the children as most time as possible to play. My party should have started at 8pm and we had until 10pm. My guest did not have a party room to sit in until 40 minutes later. Some had to stand in the lobby. I was not happy about that. In between other things pizza was cold, my host would disappear when I needed drinks, shirts were included in my package and they were out. I was refunded for the shirts and given 10% discount for the inconvenience. I would have never booked if I knew it was this disorganized. I originally booked here to take the stress away from party planning and pay someone else to take care of that for you. I will say my host was very polite and seemed like she tried her best. I’m not sure what was happening behind the curtain that made everything behind schedule. Last notes: it is very hot in the party rooms!!! I would order more than 8 pitchers of drinks if you are looking into booking for more than 25 guests.

Do not purchase the new party packages under the new management. I received a call one week before my child's party which was for 7-9 PM and it's for the Glow Night Birthday party. During my call with the event planner at your location, I was informed that not only would we not be getting the glow night for the 2-hours (now only 1 hour) I originally scheduled and paid for, but any additional jumpers would be charged a new price that is nearly double what I was expecting to pay for the package I ordered. It was explained to me that the new package structure under the new management REQUIRES that glow night start at 8 PM instead of 7 (which is not what I was expecting when I paid for this) and that the new structure under the new management requires a nearly double-priced charge for any additional jumpers. This is not only poor customer service, but very absurd. This is not only news that I found disappointing, but also inconsiderate and unfair. This was a robbery - removing an entire hour of glow-jumping and then also charging me for a new price that is not my fault. I was later also updated that other people who scheduled party rooms with glow-night also got a full 2-hour party room as compensation. I got ZERO compensation on anything for their horrible business handling. When I schedule to receive a product or service, I need to know that what I am told I'm paying for is what I'm receiving. I would appreciate it if there was some sort of refund, compensation, or special accommodation that could be made since I will not be receiving the package nor the price I paid for. After emailing, calling, and correcting the event planner that this is not what I paid for, I still got declined on getting anything compensated, or corrected, or refunded. DO NOT pay for or schedule your party here, it's obvious they will charge you double, remove things you paid for, and not make any accommodations for you. We will not be going to this skyzone anymore.
